The aerial view shows the relationship between my property (yellow outline) and the nearest roads: Prospect St., W. Main & Route 39. There is no direct turn between Prospect and Route 39 (either way), but a turnaround is a couple houses up W. Main on the right.

Special Accommodations - 21+

I do realize that some of you who are 21 and over like to drink at parties and don't like to travel related to that. Depending on distances and/or the number of people involved, I may be able to work with you on that situation. As this is a 3-bedroom house there are a couple of extra rooms as well as 3 couches (two are sofa-beds) on the first floor of the house. I may also be able to arrange transportation within a few miles of the house. Please feel free to discuss this with me, as well as any other special needs, as I'm willing to work out any issues wherever possible on a case by case basis.

The house is the first one on Prospect St. in Gowanda and has a hedge-enclosed front yard. On the other side of the driveway, there is a message board.

Up to 3 cars can fit in the driveway, but additional space at high school near access road around tennis courts. Ask for additional details if needed.
