The aerial view shows the relationship between my property (yellow outline) and the nearest roads: Prospect St., W. Main & Route 39. There is no direct turn between Prospect and Route 39 (either way), but a turnaround is a couple houses up W. Main on the right.

The Venue - Inside the house

Dance Floor - Above is a link to a demo video clip on Rumble showing the primary feature of my home/house venue, the dance floor. While it is relatively small (10' x 7'), it is still big enough to be used by several people at a time. Having spent a considerable amount of time as a mobile DJ with my own sound system unit, I like to have a place at home to workout with the equipment and to use some of the lights.

TV Room - A corner of the downstairs area of the house has been set up as a TV room. The area features a 42' wall-mounted flat screen monitor and surround sound. It also has an Amazon Prime video feed plus a video server computer loaded with TV programs and movies. Alternatively, the room also has an X-Box set-up which uses the same monitor.

Buffet Area - My enclosed back porch has its own space heater and can be set up with a full set of buffet serving appliances.

Bumper Pool - The basement of the house has a slate coin-op (disconnected) Bumper Pool table. This was left behind by the former owner of the house. Due to the weight of the table, he couldn't find anyone willing to help him drag it out of the basement. So, his loss is our gain.

Of course, card & board games, etc. are always possible. There are 2 card tables available in the house as well as the kitchen table.

The house is the first one on Prospect St. in Gowanda and has a hedge-enclosed front yard. On the other side of the driveway, there is a message board.

Up to 3 cars can fit in the driveway, but additional space at high school near access road around tennis courts. Ask for additional details if needed.
