The Venue - Buffet Area
The back porch is enclosed and heated. It can be used as a serving area and is equiped with an assortment of buffet serving items, some of which will be described below.
The feature piece of equipment is a hot dog roller grill. It has separate temperature setting for the front and rear rollers to allow for cooking and warm holding areas.

There is also a beverage dispenser available. The dispenser has a pour spout and can hold 3 gallons of liquid. It also has an ice core that can be filled with ice to keep the contents cold.
Another server that features an ice-holding area is the large veggie tray. It is divided into 4 holding sections and has a center area that will hold a standard container of dip.
There is a hot hot tray that has 2 separate trays for any food that needs to be kept warm. The lids have slots in them to allow the trays to be covered without removing the utensils.
Other Specialty Equipment
I have also acquired a couple other devices that I haven't had the opportunity to use yet. These include:
A fondue pot that can be used for chocolate as well as cheese, etc. for dipping. There are 8 long color-coded fondue forks that go along with the fondue server.
I also have acquired a slider grill that also has not been used. As can be seen in the photo, this can be used to make 6 sliders at a time.
