Mays, Shaw triple for Black Knights

SILVER CREEK - Leah Mays and Molly Shaw were both triple winners while also being part of winning relays as Silver Creek/Forestville beat Gowanda 76-56 in girls action.

Mays took the 1,500 meters (5:23.4), 800 meters (2:36.2) and 3,000 meters (12:18.4) while also being a part of the winning 1,600-meter relay team. Shaw captured the 100-meter hurdles (18.2), 400-meter hurdles (1:18.6) and high jump (4-8) while also being a part of the winning 400-meter relay team.

Rhianna Woods claimed the 100 meters (13.1) and 200 meters (27.8) for the Panthers.

Nate Mays won three events to lead Silver Creek/Forestville's boys past Gowanda 81-50.

Mays captured the 110-meter hurdles (16.7), shot put (39-4) and high jump (6-2) for the Black Knights.

Chase Bolen claimed the 1,600 meters (5:19.2), 400-meter hurdles (1:08.4) and 800 meters (2:22.2) for the Panthers.
